Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside the UK will be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

Customs Rejection, Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid duties/taxes, or incorrect address, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping and any return fees), at our discretion.
